Winter Jam makes a concentrated effort to present accurate, reliable information on our website. However, we work with a number of contributors and partners and cannot certify the information presented or guarantee its accuracy.
Reference within this website to any individual, organization, product or service is not meant to imply endorsement by Winter Jam, unless so specifically stated.
Winter Jam assumes no responsibility for consequences resulting from use of the information contained within the website’s pages or obtained at linked external sites.
We are deeply committed to protecting your privacy and take all reasonable steps to protect all data and information supplied to Winter Jam. We protect your privacy in a variety of ways including using industry accepted security measures to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of data used by our system.
The Winter Jam Privacy Policy is designed to ensure the safety and accuracy of Internet users’ personal information. We do not share any of your personally identifiable information with third parties. We understand the importance of personal information security. We are absolutely committed to personal privacy on the Internet.
Winter Jam collects data from Internet users including non-personally identifiable information from its site’s visitors, IP address of their server and what pages they visited. We use this information to continuously improve our site’s functionality. Winter Jam also collects personally identifiable information, including e-mail addresses and mobile numbers, from those visitors who opt-in to receive information from us, make inquiries or comments. We use this information to directly respond to visitors’ communications. If a customer joins our online marketing program, they typically submit some personally identifiable information to participate in this program.
Winter Jam collects personally identifiable information from those who register on our website. Such information includes name and address information. We also may collect information regarding your use of our services. We may use this and your personally identifiable information to compile general information about our visitors and our services so that we may improve the services we offer. We may create reports based on that information to share with our staff, but these reports never contain any personally identifiable information. For example, we might determine from all of our data that there are certain days that are better to send emails as part of an email campaign.
Keeping your personal information secure is a top priority for us. Therefore, Winter Jam utilizes 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, the industry’s leading data security solutions, and has implemented policies and procedures to ensure the physical and electronic security of data stored by Winter Jam. Winter Jam employs permission-based marketing principles: it requires its staff to communicate only to users who affirmatively express an interest in receiving e-mails. Permission to receive e-mails may be granted and taken away; in other words customers may “opt-in” and “opt-out”. If a visitor chooses to opt-out, Winter Jam is required to stop sending messages to that customer. Winter Jam puts a high value on a visitor’s ability to discontinue receiving unwanted e-mail.
Winter Jam utilizes a short code to communicate 2-ways with people who attend and opt-in to our SMS services at our events. We will send out messages that may include: announcements and reminders; responses to prayer requests and stories from individuals; notes of encouragement; answers to questions received; message series with devotional or other content; and periodic surveys. We may also send messages about donating towards the mission of Winter Jam. Any charitable donation messages will be directed to a separate third party to collect all donations. Donations payable through your wireless carrier bill will not be permitted.
You may cancel this SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” or “UNSUBSCRIBE” to the short code. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, text “START” to opt back in and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at info@jamtour.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency will vary and will also depend on the number of times you contact us or request a response. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
If you have any questions regarding privacy, please contact us at: info@jamtour.com.
